6 Week Grief Workshop
From Sorrow to Strength: A Six-Week Path to Peace & Purpose
A six-week program for those grieving the death of a loved one. We use mindfulness, CBT, and a trusted evidence-based framework to ensure a safe, balanced, and supportive group space where everyone is invited to share and heal at their own pace.
